At the Horizons of Innovation – EU Research Collaboration Forum, the GAITREHUB project was featured through a dedicated presentation on smart insoles and smart socks for gait rehabilitation. Filip Mrkić from the Faculty of Technical Sciences presented the project, introducing its core focus on smart textiles, textile-based force-sensing resistors (FSR), smart socks, and pressure-sensing insoles designed to support advanced gait monitoring and rehabilitation.
He also highlighted ongoing collaboration activities, including project secondments, and outlined the future development plans of the GAITREHUB project, emphasizing its potential impact on wearable health technologies and personalized rehabilitation.
